About the Position

Grythyttan Stålmöbler is now looking for someone who wants to be part of a proud craft in the heart of Swedish industrial history. Here you will have the opportunity to contribute to a production that values both quality and the environment. As an assembler at Grythyttan Stålmöbler, you will work on their assembly line. Tasks include drilling, polishing, assembly, quality control, and packaging. You will also assist with sorting and handling wood and metal goods in the warehouse, as well as working at the rinsing machine where the wooden parts are oiled.

In your role at Grythyttan Stålmöbler, your main tasks will include:

Assembly
Quality assurance
Packaging
Handling of rinsing machine

The position is a full-time consulting assignment in Grythyttan starting in February and lasting until summer 2026. Working hours are during the day. Since selection will take place continuously, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible!

About You

We are looking for someone who is practically inclined and has experience working with their hands. You contribute to a positive work environment and have a strong work ethic. Experience from professions such as carpenter or mechanic, where you have worked with hand tools, is an advantage. If you also have a forklift license, that is a plus, but not a requirement. As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and have a strong drive. You work independently at your workstation and find a balance between precision and efficiency to deliver the best possible results.

Grythyttan Stålmöbler is a piece of Swedish industrial history that lives and evolves with time. 130 years ago, horseshoes were manufactured, today outdoor furniture is produced in a supply chain where the company constantly strives to reduce its environmental footprint. In the factory in Bergslagen, chairs, tables, and sofas are made to last for generations. Today, 12 employees in Grythyttan work to manufacture and deliver furniture to a global sales organization with end customers in North America, Europe, and Asia.
